New Playoff System

We should have a more 'exciting' playoff imo. 9 Days after u played 78 to get a spot it's seems a bit unfair. It should be more like this:

1st round: Best of 3 games

2nd round: Best of 5 games

3rd round (Final): Best of 7 games

this way playoff would go on for 15 days (2 weeks) instead of 9, so it would be much more exciting :)

Also the offseason should be extended from 3 days to about 1 week so we can make all the offseason trades and roster cuts, finances etc. Should be more realistic this way. In my opinion

I would rather play games. What if you finish 9th in your league? You sit around for 22 days without a game. Terrible idea

Not that bad. In 22 days u can train a lot, and maybe a good way to also implement exhibition matches, for the rest of the teams.

Or better yet, the playoffs duration is 3 week, with the system you propose plus some days off.
But we compress time and do 3 days in 1 during playoffs (total duration 1 week).

teams who dont make the playoffs will be completely inactive for way too long so the have nothing to do, plus they're going to be bleeding dry if they have any loans. bad idea. 9 days is already more than enough time to train and shuffle lines.

i agree with increasing the off-season to 5~7 days...
but not the playoffs, if you don't make it (or even if you do and get knocked out in the first round) you'll have nothing to do for an extending period of time except watch loans catch up with you

if you have no days off players would be tired after like the semifinals and play would deteriorate

Teams in low tiers have a tough time with the current playoff system because the players don't have enough stamina to play 9 days in a row (or even 3 days, really)

ya i think its a good idea a longer playoff would be more fun for the people who made it to the playoff and it is also a good thing for teams who didnt make it since they get to train their team longer
